OUR APPROACH
A well-defined question.
A useful conversation.
We start by understanding what you need to decide, rather than assuming which system you need.
Start with the decision.
You may have a proposal to understand, an installation to plan or a technical issue to explore. Tell us about the building, the project stage and what is unclear. You do not need to have every detail ready to make an initial enquiry.
| Before a consultation | Send an outline of your needs. We review whether the enquiry fits our consulting scope. Any fee, format, timing and required information are agreed before work begins. |
|---|---|
| During the discussion | Focus on the agreed question, available information and relevant constraints. Identify assumptions and where further specialist input or site information is needed. |
| Taking it forward | Clarify the issues discussed and the next actions within the agreed scope. Any written deliverable or further support is defined in the engagement arrangements. |
Useful information to bring.
- The building’s location, use and the part of the project you are responsible for.
- The existing systems and the changes being considered.
- Any drawings, specifications or proposals you already have.
- The technical question or decision you would like support with.
- Constraints such as access, programme or operational requirements.
Please do not upload confidential plans or sensitive personal information through the initial enquiry. A suitable way to share documents can be agreed later.
Clear boundaries from the outset.
Our website concerns technical consulting. An enquiry does not appoint an installer, secure a booking or constitute approval of a design. Site inspections, calculations, certification and other specialist services must not be assumed to be included.
If you suspect a gas leak or an immediate safety risk, use the appropriate emergency service. This enquiry channel is not monitored as an emergency service.
Common questions.
Can I enquire before choosing equipment?
Yes. Explain your objectives and the information you have. The initial enquiry helps establish whether a consultation would be appropriate.
Do you carry out installations?
The services presented here are technical consulting about HVAC installation. Do not treat a consultation request as an instruction to carry out installation or repair work.
Is a fee or appointment confirmed when I submit?
No. Fees, scope, consultation format and availability must be agreed separately. There is no payment or live appointment booking on this website.
Can you certify an installation or issue a gas safety record?
This website does not offer certification or gas safety inspections. Relevant work and statutory checks require appropriately qualified professionals.
Can I send drawings?
Mention that you have drawings in your enquiry. Please wait until an appropriate method of sharing them has been agreed.
